Our story
A platform born inside the operation
GuardSphere was founded by people who ran security operations, not just software for them. We watched capable teams lose hours to spreadsheets, paper reports and phone tag while clients kept asking the same simple question: what actually happened today?
So we built the platform we wished existed — one connected system for scheduling, incident reporting, post orders, messaging, client visibility, payroll and the guard's mobile experience, with AI woven through the work instead of bolted on.
